I thought I pretty much nailed the Mojito making, until I noticed a garden snail in my glass hiding behind one of the home grown mint leaves! At that point I was half way… Otherwise it was as usual: perfect.

I invented a cocktail when trying to make a Harvey Wallbanger, but had ran out of OJ. A quick glance in the cupboard revealed a bottle of cranberry juice. So here it is:
-1/3 vodka

-2/3 cranberry juice

-a generous splash of vanilla liqour
